"My husband and I are taking a bike trip from Milwaukee to somewhere in Pennsylvania. Having never been there, we decided to stop at the first Harley dealer we came across in PA to see if anyone had any suggestions on where to go or what to see. Luckily we came across Leon in your parts department. He was probably one of the most kind and helpful people we've ever met. He got out maps, gave us directions, chatted a bit and laughed a lot. Really, really great guy. Since it was getting late, he directed us to Oil City for the night and we are here now. What a beautiful, old, little town.
This morning, as directed, we will be heading for the "Grand Canyon" of PA. If this leg of the trip is as beautiful as he says it will be, we will be more than satisfied. Without his help, we probably wouldnt have enjoyed our trip near as much.
Thanks again Leon, you were a tremendous help. Keep up the great work, and when you're in Milwaukee, look us up and we'll show you around a little. If you hurry, you can still make it to Summerfest! We can get you up on the Harley Deck with us if you want to see ZZ Top... lol Thanks again!

"Your Service Staff is excellent! On Thursday, Oct 6th we left home for a 3 day trip to Somerset, PA. Only 30 miles into the trip we had a flat tire. Your service staff saved the day. They picked up the bike, fixed the flat tire, noticed we had a bad brake and repaired the brake. The whole process took 2 hours and we were on our way again. We will always recommend Thunder Harley Davidson Service Dept. to all our friends because of the fantastic service they gave us on that day."

"I have been riding my Blue 1999 Ultra Classic for about 3 months now and really have been enjoying the bike! Jared and Steve were great to work with, and made my purchase smooth and easy. I have found and corrected a few small issues, which I expected given the age and mileage, and the scooter is running strong and smooth. Have added a set of performance mufflers and a Power Commander, and a few bits of chrome here and there...as well as accent lights, and, amazingly, my ride has gotten more than a few compliments at biker gatherings and rides.

"Being in the retail car business, I have an idea about how the process goes and the guys at Thunder know how to make it happen. No pushing sales bull and they exceeded my expectations much more than I would have ever thought they would. There were no mistakes, no waiting, what I was told was going to happen, did happen and with a couple REALLY nice surprises at delivery. I shopped some of the bigger stores and am very happy I went into the store. The guys spent the time with me to answer my questions, listen to me bull about how great I am, and never once looked at me like a real f-up even though I know they probably wanted to as I was a tad excited about getting my new ride. Seriously, you guys know your stuff and know how to take care of the customer. I will recommend you to anyone I talk to. Keep it up!
